ByteRadar acts as an independent data controller in relation to business-related data collected and structured by the Company.
Customers act as independent data controllers regarding their downstream use of data accessed through the Services.

- Company names, business addresses, and contact details;
- Publicly listed business email addresses made available for professional communication;
- Publicly listed business phone numbers;
- Technical data such as IP addresses, logs, and API usage metrics;
- Billing data required for token purchases.
We do not process special categories of personal data.
3. SOURCES OF DATA
Data is collected exclusively from publicly accessible sources where the information has been made available by organizations for professional or commercial communication purposes.
4. LEGAL BASIS
Processing is based on:
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests in providing structured business intelligence services;
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract;
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.

- Manage token purchases and accounts;

The Company does not conduct marketing outreach on behalf of customers.
